SCS SB 732 -- Welfare Reform

This substitute requires the Division of Family Services to
submit an annual report on the status of welfare reform in
Missouri to the Governor and the General Assembly.  The first
report must be submitted by December 1, 2002.  The substitute
specifies the information that must be contained in the report,
including information about individuals who have left welfare;
individuals who have remained on or returned to welfare; and the
benefits of welfare reform to families, employers, and the state.
